পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের জনশিক্ষা প্রসার দপ্তর কর্তৃক বিশেষ ভাবে সক্ষম নবম থেকে তদূর্ধ শ্রেণীর (দৃষ্টি, শ্রবণ, অস্থি ও মানসিক প্রতিবন্ধী — ৪০% বা তদূর্ধ্ব) ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের জন্য “সহানুভূতি ” বৃত্তির আবেদন ।
Who is Eligible (Eligibility Criteria):
Target Group: Students with disabilities studying in Class IX and above (up to Ph.D.).
Disability Criteria: Students with Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, Orthopedic Disability, or Mental Disability having 40% or above disability.
Academic Criteria: Must have secured at least 40% marks in the immediate previous final examination.
Income Limit: Total annual family income from all sources must not exceed ₹2,000,000 (2 Lakhs).
Other Conditions:
Must not be receiving any other government scholarship or financial assistance for the financial year 2026–2027.
Parents must not be government employees (a written declaration is required).
How to Apply (Application Process):
Download Form: Download the prescribed application form from the official website of Gazole Development Block: Download
Fill Form & Verify: Complete the application form and get it verified and certified with seal by the Head of the Institution (HOI / Headmaster / Headmistress / Principal).
Submit Application: Submit the filled form along with all required supporting documents to the Office of the District Mass Education Extension Officer on any working day by 9th October, 2026.
Required Documents:
Attested copy of Disability Certificate (showing 40% or above disability)
Attested copy of Mark Sheet of the last examination passed
Income Certificate (Online income certificate is preferred; otherwise from Panchayat Pradhan, BDO, Councilor, MLA, MP, or Gazetted Officer)
Copy of Bank Passbook front page (showing active A/C Number and IFSC Code)
Copy of Aadhaar Card
Copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
UDID Card / UDID Number
Copy of 2026 Voter List showing the applicant's name (if age is 18+) or parents' names
Signed self-declaration stating non-receipt of other government scholarships and that parents are not government employees
Reader Certificate with ID/Address proof of the reader (for visually impaired students, if applicable)
Escort Certificate with ID proof of the escort (applicable for students with 75% or above disability requiring an escort)
কারা পাবেন (যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড):
উপভোক্তা: নবম শ্রেণী থেকে শুরু করে উচ্চশিক্ষা (পিএইচডি পর্যন্ত) পাঠরত প্রতিবন্ধী ছাত্র-ছাত্রী।
প্রতিবন্ধকতার ধরণ: দৃষ্টি-প্রতিবন্ধী, শ্রবণ-প্রতিবন্ধী, অস্থি সংক্রান্ত প্রতিবন্ধী, এবং মানসিক প্রতিবন্ধী ছাত্র-ছাত্রী যাদের প্রতিবন্ধকতার মাত্রা ৪০% বা তার বেশি।
শিক্ষাগত নম্বর: অব্যবহিত পূর্বের বার্ষিক পরীক্ষায় অন্তত ৪০% নম্বর পেতে হবে।
পারিবারিক আয়: যৌথ পারিবারিক বার্ষিক আয় ২ লক্ষ টাকার মধ্যে হতে হবে।
অন্যান্য শর্ত:
এই অর্থবর্ষে (২০২৬–২৭) অন্য কোনো সরকারী স্কলারশিপ বা সহায়তা পাওয়া যাবে না।
পিতা/মাতা যেন কোনো সরকারী চাকুরী না করেন (এ বিষয়ে লিখিত ঘোষণা দিতে হবে)।
কীভাবে আবেদন করবেন (আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া):
১. ফর্ম ডাউনলোড: গাজোল ডেভেলপমেন্ট ব্লকের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট Download থেকে নির্দিষ্ট আবেদনপত্র ডাউনলোড করুন।
২. শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সত্যায়ন: আবেদনপত্র সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করে সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধান (Headmaster/Headmistress/Principal/TIC)-এর দ্বারা যাচাই ও সিগনেচার-সিল করিয়ে নিতে হবে।
৩. আবেদনপত্র জমা: প্রয়োজনীয় সকল নথিপত্রসহ পূরণ করা আবেদনপত্র ০৯ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখের মধ্যে যে কোনো কাজের দিনে জেলা জনশিক্ষা প্রসার আধিকারিকের কার্যালয়ে জমা দিতে হবে।
প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র:
দপ্তর কর্তৃক প্রত্যয়িত প্রতিবন্ধী সার্টিফিকেটের জেরক্স (৪০% বা তার বেশি)
শেষ পরীক্ষার রেজাল্ট/মার্কশিটের প্রত্যয়িত জেরক্স
পারিবারিক আয়ের সার্টিফিকেট (অনলাইন ইনকাম সার্টিফিকেট বেশি গ্রহণযোগ্য; অথবা পঞ্চায়েত প্রধান/বিডিও/এমএলএ/কাউন্সিলর/গেজেটেড অফিসার প্রদত্ত)
সচল ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট পাসবইয়ের প্রথম পাতার জেরক্স (A/C নম্বর ও IFSC কোড স্পষ্ট থাকতে হবে)
আধার কার্ডের জেরক্স
কাস্ট সার্টিফিকেট (যদি থাকে)
ইউডিআইডি (UDID) কার্ড/নম্বর
২০২৬ সালের ভোটার তালিকার জেরক্স (১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি হলে প্রার্থীর নাম, অন্যথায় পিতা-মাতার নাম থাকা আবশ্যক)
স্ব-ঘোষণা পত্র (অন্য কোনো সরকারী বৃত্তি পাননি এবং পিতা-মাতা সরকারী চাকুরী করেন না)
রিডার সার্টিফিকেট ও রিডারের পরিচয়পত্র/ঠিকানার প্রমাণ (দৃষ্টি-প্রতিবন্ধীদের ক্ষেত্রে, প্রযোজ্য হলে)
এসকর্ট সার্টিফিকেট ও এসকর্টের আধার/ভোটার কার্ডের জেরক্স (৭৫% বা তার বেশি প্রতিবন্ধী হলে ও প্রয়োজন থাকলে)
